BEAUTIFUL stoneware ... all broken
The stoneware was exactly what was pictured. Great quality and beautiful. However, whoever packed the box for shipping didn't use enough of the air-filled packing material and when I received it, almost every piece was broken. Thankfully, this dinnerware had JUST been received in a local Stokes store and I was able to exchange it no problem, and I was refunded the additional shipping fees I was charged to ship it.

Love this dinnerware set. Excellent service- shipped to Sask. and there were a few chipped pieces in the 3 sets that I ordered. Contacted customer service who promptly replaced the pieces.

We love our new dishes. They are good quality and look just like the picture. The shipping was nice and fast as well. When we received our package, a couple of the mugs were chipped and the customer service via email got us replacements delivered to our door in less than a week after contacting them.

These are a nice set of plates. They are not fully black. They have tiny white dots. They are a bit too heavy but they are very elegant looking
