Nothing better than home made paella

I have the exact same pan for years. Bought his one as a gift. Come with a recipe in both English and French. Follow the recipe to a "T", it is delicious. To keep the pan like new, spread a bit of oil in the bottom and cover with a piece of waxed paper. Will prevent the pan from rusting.

Stove-top to Oven Perfection.

Beautiful pan. Made Paella the other day and it was fabulous, and now I'm using it to make a pizza. I purchased two of these pans because I only like to use stainless steel for pizzas and these delivered, with the bonus of dozens of other possibilities.

So happy about this purchase

I've always wanted to cook paella for my family but didn't have a proper pan and thoigjt it would be expensive. I saw one on Stokes website and I am so gladI saw it! Wasn't expensive at all and the paella was delicious. Loved the quality of the pan , excellent!

Great pan for a dinner for four to six people. Just set it in the middle of the table and everyone help yourself!Great pan. Wanted one for a long time

Great pan. Wanted one for along time but didn't want to put a lot of money out for a pan I would seldom use. But I'm glad I ordered it now. It can be used to make other dishes too. Chicken in a sauce, like a cacciatore.
