Nothing better than home made paella
I have the exact same pan for years. Bought his one as a gift. Come with a recipe in both English and French. Follow the recipe to a "T", it is delicious. To keep the pan like new, spread a bit of oil in the bottom and cover with a piece of waxed paper. Will prevent the pan from rusting.

Stove-top to Oven Perfection.
Beautiful pan. Made Paella the other day and it was fabulous, and now I'm using it to make a pizza. I purchased two of these pans because I only like to use stainless steel for pizzas and these delivered, with the bonus of dozens of other possibilities.
