Excellent Casserole

This casserole did an excellent job of coq au vin. Very moist and cooking evenly. I definitely would recommend this item.

Not as pictured

My pot doesn't have the coating inside. It is going to be a gift so I hope they like it with the natural cast iron inside.

Versatile and Heavy Duty

I bought this casserole specifically for baking sourdough bread. It is super solid and the enamel coating is perfectly non-stick. My first loaf of bread looked gorgeous and tipped right out of the pot when it was finished cooking - no greasing of the pot or loosening the bread with a knife required. Also works beautifully on the stovetop for a long-simmering pasta sauce. Cleans very easily.

Very Satisfied

Wish it was made in Canada but all in all quite satisfied. Bigger than I thought and so far meals taste great cooked in it.
