Holiday Purchases

All purchases made as of November 4th, 2017 are eligible for a refund by providing the original sales receipt until January 14th, 2018. Merchandise returned with a gift receipt can be exchanged or refunded in the form of a gift card. 

If purchases are brought back later than January 14th, 2018, they will be eligible for an exchange or store credit by providing the original sales receipt or gift receipt until January 31st, 2018. 

Delivery Schedules and Shipping rates

All purchases originated from are limited to shipping within Canada. The shipping address provided at the time of checkout must be a valid and a complete Canadian Shipping address. We reserve the right to hold orders for verification.

Orders are only shipped during business days, from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. The processing times shown below are guidelines only and are not guaranteed processing times.  Stokes Inc. is not responsible for delivery delays that may occur as a result of poor weather conditions, parcel volume or Fedex courier delays.  Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation with a courrier tracking number.

No shipping fees will be charged for stand-alone gift card orders. All gift cards are mailed out by regular mail services or courier services at our discretion.

All orders placed before 1 pm EST, using the courrier express option will be shipped on the same business day.  For any orders placed after 1pm, best efforts will be made to ship the order on the same day or next business day.

Online "No Hassle" Return policy

All purchases originated from may be returned by mail or brought to any Stokes or Thinkkitchen locations for exchanges or reimbursement.  Please bring the electronic receipt received at the time of purchase with the bar code.

All returns by mail that were purchased from must meet the following criteria.

  • Merchandise is unused and in its original packaging.
  • Returned merchandise must be received within 14 days of the purchase delivery date.
  • No hassle returns: All delivery costs associated with returning the merchandise to Stokes will be paid or refunded by Stokes to the customer.
      • Returning to store:  Please bring product in its originally packaging and electronic invoice with bar code.
      • Returning on line:  Please contact customer service at, or by telephone 1-888-786-5375 between Monday to Friday, 9-5pm EST.
  • All returned merchandise will be inspected upon receipt.  Only following this inspection will a refund be processed with the same tender, credit card or PayPal account.
  • For any item(s) paid with Paypal, and that will be returned to either a Stokes or Thinkkitchen location, the refund will be applied to a credit card matching the same billing name on the invoice.
  • The refunded amount will reflect the price of the item at the time of purchase and any applicable taxes.
  • Item(s) that arrive damaged will be replaced at no cost to the customer; however a picture of the damaged item(s) needs to be sent to with your order number and item number.
  • Unauthorized returns or returns that do not meet the abovementioned criteria will not be refunded and the merchandise will be returned to the customer at their own cost.
